I've shared my love for the Everyday Style book by Lotta Jansdotter on this blog before (you can read more about it here) but I just can't help it! I'm back again today to share another pattern from the book - the Pilvi Coat. Or the Piviot Coat as we sometimes call it, for some reason. I looked it up and I guess Pilvi means cloud in Finnish, but I'm afraid it means nothing to us. So sometimes we get it right and sometimes it's the Piviot. Check out our new Linden Sweatshirts! Connie and I were both excited to make new Lindens with two of our favorite new fabrics we have in the shop - organic fleece and indigo knit. Connie's Linden mixes up the Grainline Studio pattern a bit by using the length of View B but the sleeves of View A. She skipped the cuff bands and just hemmed the sleeves. A few weeks ago we hosted a Garment Lecture from Jean Sando in our shop. We had an amazing group of people join us, but we know even more of you wished you could be there!
