Longarm Quilting Services Return Shipping

Return shipping for all longarm quilting services is the responsibility of the client.

Can I pick up my order if I live in Alexandria?

Yes! Save on shipping by picking up your order locally. Use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, then email info@modern-textiles.com to schedule a date and time. Please allow 3 business days notice. Both parties must confirm the pickup; if unavailable, standard shipping rates will apply.

Can you ship fabric back with my quilt when it's complete?

Absolutely! Use the code CLIENT at checkout to remove the shipping charge, and your fabric will be returned with your quilt.

How much is shipping?

-Orders under $75: $7 flat rate (U.S. only)

-Orders $75 or more: Free shipping (U.S. only)

Orders placed by 2 PM (Central Time) on business days ship the same day; weekend or holiday orders ship the next business day. Tracking info is emailed when your order ships. Excludes: longarm quilting return shipping.

Return Policy

Returns must be approved in advance. Contact info@modern-textiles.com to initiate. Items must be unopened, undamaged, and unused. Exchanges and returns are accepted within 21 days of purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once shipped, ownership transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages, mis-deliveries, or incorrect shipping info. Please contact USPS or UPS directly for shipping issues.

Do you honor gift cards issued at the Fargo location?

At this time we do not offer gift cards.

Any Gift Cards issued before September 27th, 2018 may be redeemed, but the Gift Card must be physically presented in order for use. Please contact Modern Textiles at info@modern-textiles.com on how to redeem gift cards for use on purchase.
