Our outdoor fabric is an obvious choice so it will withstand the elements, but we've also tested it in cotton canvas and it worked out just fine. Our free tutorial includes instructions for a small hammock or a large standard size so you can customize your hammock to fit the space you have available. Hammocks are easy to hang between trees of course, but also travel well! Take it with you to the lake or the park. It would also be great hung on a front porch or in a kids' bedroom!

Our instructions include a double layer of fabric as show, (which will stand up to the most weight) as well as instructions to make it with just a single layer of fabric. Either way, you will have fun customizing it to fit your space and budget.
