Do you honor gift cards that were issued at the Fargo location?

Any Gift Cards issued before September 27th, 2018 may be redeemed. Check this page out on how to redeem. 

I live in Alexandria can I pick up my order?

Yes! Save on shipping and line up a pickup date and time. Use the code LOCALPICKUP at checkout, then email us at info@modern-textiles.com to schedule your pickup.

How much is shipping?

For all merchandise purchases under $150, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $7.50 for USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). Orders that total $150 or more receive free USPS Priority Mail shipping (United States only). All USPS Priority Mail shipments will take approximately 2-4 business days after 1-3 business days processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has finished processing and is ready to ship.

Return Policy

Items must be approved for return. Please contact Modern Textiles at info@modern-textiles.com to initiate the return. All items to be returned must be unopened, undamaged and not used. We will accept exchanges and returns within three weeks (21 days) of your original transaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ownership of packages is turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS.
